Description

TerraPlus® CityGreen is a pure vegan organic granular fertiliser suitable for organic farming and has been specially developed for the sustainable, biological nutrient supply of urban green spaces and versatile use in landscaping. The EU certification of the ingredients used for controlled ecological agriculture and horticulture makes TerraPlus® CityGreen the ideal fertiliser for modern sustainable green space concepts. Equipped with all the main nutrients and the useful microorganism Bacillus subtilis, selektion E4-CDX®, TerraPlus® CityGreen is an organic universal fertiliser and soil conditioner with a wide range of applications in the core segments of turf/green areas, groves/trees, but also vegetables, fruit and ornamental plants.
TerraPlus® CityGreen contains only substances that are classified in accordance with Annex I of EU Regulation (EC) 889/2008 in the controlled organic agriculture and horticulture are applicable.
The high nitrogen content is ideal for spring application and/or plants/soils with a defficiency in nitrogen. Thanks to its granulometry it is more sensitive to humidity than a pellet which allows a faster start of fertiliser release.
The products of the TerraPlus® CityGreen range release nitrogen gradually thanks to the union of nitrogen with organic matter. The product is certified for organic farming according to EC 889/2008.

Storage instructions:
Store in a dry place at above 6 °C and below 35 °C, protect from sun and moisture (indoor storage) to avoid alteration of product properties. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Tightly close open packages. Do not allow fertiliser to reach waste water or open waters. Do not mix with animal feed.

Transport & Storage Recommendations

Transport

  • Delivery as loose goods in big bags or on pallets with bags and canisters.
  • Protect loose goods from moisture during transport.
  • Protect goods from excessive direct sunlight and large temperature fluctuations during transport.
  • Only transport fertiliser at moderate temperatures. Use an air-conditioned lorry if necessary.
  • Take note of any hazardous material labels on the product.

Storage

Storage general

  • Protect stored fertiliser from frost, light, and moisture.
  • Store loose goods inside a building and not in outdoor areas. Keep doors closed and cover heaped materials.
  • As the product has a tendency to attract moisture, protect it from rain and standing water.
  • Take note of the hazardous material labels on the product where appropriate.
  • Avoid stacking more than two pallets on top of each other. Always cover loose goods and do not offload in the rain.
  • Only transport and store at temeratures between 5 °C and 40 °C. Only store in the original packaging. Products should be used up as quickly as possible once opened.
