3D Blaukorn 12-12-17

Blaukorn® 12-12-17(+2+TE)

Granulated solid inorganic macronutrient fertiliser for crops with high K demand. Withdrawal-oriented formulation with magnesium, sulfur and trace elements for demand-oriented fertilisation.
  • Every granule contains all nutrients and micronutrients
  • Poor in chloride, especially suitable for usage in horticulture
  • Classic fertiliser – without enhancement technology
  • Rich in potassium, for crops with a high K demand or soils with a poor K supply
  • High in phosphate, for usage on soils with low phosphate availability or plants with high P demand
  • High proportion of the phosphate is immediately avalaible for the plants
  • The coarse granulation allows homogeneous spreading, even over a wide distance

Description

Granulated complex fertiliser with potassium sulfate (SOP) for basal and complementary dressings in chloride-sensitive crops and on salt-affected soils.
For usage in horticulture and special crops, outdoors and under glass.
Thanks to its even granulation, the fertiliser can be applied easily with spreaders or by hand. Nutrient distribution is even as every granule contains all nutrients and micronutrients. Application is possible during the whole vegetation period. Watering promotes the immediate effect.

Sustainability

CO2-Reduction: 245 kg CO2e/t Product produced

Low-Carbon Footprint

Since 2024, COMPO EXPERT uses low-carbon ammonia to reduce the CO2 footprint of fertilisers.

The reported reduction for this product is achieved using ammonia, which has a CO2 footprint that is at least 60% lower than the market standard. This reduction is certified by our supplier and has been validated by an independent test center.

The value of 2.66 kg CO2e per kg of ammonia serves as a benchmark. This is based on average industrial emissions data for ammonia production from the European Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) and includes emissions from ammonia production and upstream hydrogen production.

Transport & Storage Recommendations

Transport

  • Delivery as loose goods in big bags or on pallets with bags and canisters.
  • Protect loose goods from moisture during transport.
  • Protect goods from excessive direct sunlight and large temperature fluctuations during transport.
  • Only transport fertiliser at moderate temperatures. Use an air-conditioned lorry if necessary.
  • Take note of any hazardous material labels on the product.

Storage

Storage general

  • Protect stored fertiliser from frost, light, and moisture.
  • Store loose goods inside a building and not in outdoor areas. Keep doors closed and cover heaped materials.
  • As the product has a tendency to attract moisture, protect it from rain and standing water.
  • Take note of the hazardous material labels on the product where appropriate.
  • Avoid stacking more than two pallets on top of each other. Always cover loose goods and do not offload in the rain.

Storage temperature

  • Avoid frost and excessively high temperatures.
  • Avoid large temperature fluctuations during storage.

Storage period

  • Products should be used up as quickly as possible once opened.
