Beschrijving

Floranid® Starter is a long-term fertilizer for use on turf in various applications (sports turf, golf, ornamental and leisure turf). The high phosphorus content is ideal for new turf construction and regeneration and promotes a good root development. Floranid® Starter contains two slow-release nitrogen sources ISODUR® and methyleneurea for a continous N-supply. The fine granule size guarantees a very exact distribution of all nutrients.

Lage CO2 - voetafdruk

Sinds 2024 gebruikt COMPO EXPERT koolstofarme grondstoffen om de CO2-voetafdruk van gespecialiseerde meststoffen te verminderen.

De hier gerapporteerde vermindering wordt bereikt door het gebruik van koolstofarme ammoniak en/of kaliumsulfaat, die een lagere CO2-voetafdruk hebben dan het respectieve marktgemiddelde (-60% voor ammoniak en -90% voor kaliumsulfaat). Deze reductie is gecertificeerd door onze leveranciers en is gevalideerd door een onafhankelijke certificeringsinstantie.

Benchmarks zijn de gemiddelde emissiegegevens van de Europese industrie uit de ecoinvent 3.11 database.

Samenstelling

EC FERTILIZER
NPK fertilizer, N-P2O5-K2O(+MgO+S) 18-24-5 (+1+5), with iron, manganese and zinc.
For use in tuf and landscaping.
Poor in chloride.

Use only if there is a recognized need. Do not exceed the application rate.

Storage conditions:
Protect stored fertiliser from frost, light, high temperatures and moisture. Avoid large temperature fluctuations. Do not stack more than two pallets. Only store in original packaging. Use up promptly once opened.

Aanbevelingen voor transport en opslag

Transport

  • Delivery as loose goods in big bags or on pallets with bags and canisters.
  • Protect loose goods from moisture during transport.
  • Protect goods from excessive direct sunlight and large temperature fluctuations during transport.
  • Only transport fertilizer at moderate temperatures. Use an air-conditioned lorry if necessary.
  • Take note of any hazardous material labels on the product.

  • Protect stored fertilizer from frost, light, and moisture.
  • Store loose goods inside a building and not in outdoor areas. Keep doors closed and cover heaped materials.
  • As the product has a tendency to attract moisture, protect it from rain and standing water.
  • Take note of the hazardous material labels on the product where appropriate.
  • Avoid stacking more than two pallets on top of each other. Always cover loose goods and do not offload in the rain.
  • Only transport and store at temeratures between 5 °C and 40 °C. Only store in the original packaging. Products should be used up as quickly as possible once opened.
