Nexur® fertilizers contain the urease inhibitor NBPT. This inhibitor technology causes a delay of the hydrolysis rate from urea to ammoniacal nitrogen, reducing losses by ammonia volatilization, thus increasing the efficiency of nitrogen nutrition and with it the productivity of crops. Nexur® allows the application of urea in a more efficient way and allows greater flexibility with respect to storage as well as the possibility of using this technology in mixtures with urea-based fertilizers. In addition, nitrogen losses are minimized and urea is fully utilized.
