COMPO EXPERT has acquired a processing factory and a logistic hub in Patras, Greece. This acquisition will enable COMPO EXPERT to further improve its customer responsiveness and service levels in the Greek market. In addition, Patras will serve as a hub to enable COMPO EXPERT to reach its ambition to accelerate growth in the Balkan markets. The deal was signed recently and closing is expected before year-end.
