COMPO EXPERT GmbH is fully aware of its responsibility towards people and the environment. We do not view quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety as isolated topics, but as equally important and integral elements of our business processes and daily operations.

Our customers expect high quality products and reliable services. Suppliers and business partners value stable, long term, and fair partnerships. Employees and stakeholders expect a safe working environment and a responsible use of resources and the environment. Meeting these legitimate expectations is a key factor for our sustainable economic success.

Quality, safety, and environmental aspects are therefore consistently considered and systematically managed in all relevant processes.

High Quality Products

Our objective is to reliably provide products of consistently high quality. This is based on an established quality management system that ensures structured process control and supports continuous improvement.

Customer focus, transparency, and the systematic development of our processes are central elements of this approach. Clear procedures, regular reviews, and targeted improvement measures ensure that our quality standards are met and continuously enhanced.

Safety

Daily safety in our production operations depends on the technical quality of facilities and equipment, safe work procedures, personal responsibility, and the right mindset. The foundation for this is an actively implemented safety management system that embeds safety as a core element of all operational decisions and activities.

New insights are shared across the organization to further improve technical standards, identify risk areas, minimize environmental impacts, and continuously develop work instructions in a targeted manner.

Environmentally Responsible Production

Emissions (air, wastewater, waste, noise, etc.) are closely monitored and regularly reported.

In addition, we continuously work to improve the efficiency of our production facilities in order to further reduce emissions and use resources responsibly. Environmental aspects are already taken into account during product development as well as in the planning and design of facilities, enabling us to identify and implement savings and optimization potential at an early stage.

Our environmental management system supports the effective integration of ecological responsibility and economic efficiency and enables the continuous improvement of our environmental performance. It is closely linked to our safety management system.

Energy Efficient Operations

Energy efficiency is a central element of responsible business conduct at COMPO EXPERT. Our ambition is to use energy purposefully and efficiently along the entire value chain - from procurement and plant design to the operation of our production sites.
We continuously strive to reduce energy consumption and systematically improve the energy efficiency of our processes and facilities. Technical measures to enhance energy efficiency are aligned at least with the state of the art and are assessed and implemented within a structured continuous improvement process.

Our goal is a continous improvement of our energy performance and contribute to the reduction of CO₂ emissions. Within our energy management system, we continuously identify optimization and savings potential and consistently implement economically viable measures.
