Recertification in DIN EN ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 50001 (energy) standards
ISO 9001 + 14001 + 50001 are international recognized norms for quality management, environmental management and energy management.
Companies that are already certified must regularly renew their certificates. Recertification is carried out every 3 years by independent auditors who check that the requirements of the norm are being fulfilled.
The aim is, among other things, to continuously improve the quality of products and services and to provide evidence that measures are systematically tracked and implemented and that quality, environmental and energy targets have been achieved.
In the time period from 01 - 03/07/2024, various areas at Krefeld site, such as production, maintenance, quality as well as environmental management in the areas of waste and water protection and energy management, were audited. All areas were able to demonstrate compliance with the standards, as well as the continuous development and improvement were clearly demonstrated.
From 04 - 05/07/2024, in addition to the top management process, the areas of purchasing, sales, supply chain, R&D and product management were also audited.
The processes of COMPO EXPERT were recertified by DEKRA Certification GmbH at the beginning of July 2024, whereby the auditors Dr. Trebert-Haeberlin, Mr. Warias, Mr. Voigt and Dr. Dünnwald were accompanied through the entire audit by our colleagues Ms. Kastner, Mr. Fenke and Ms. Knossalla.
The high requirements of ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 50001 (energy management) are fulfilled, which means that the recertification was completed without any non-conformities.
