Description

Basacote^® Tabs High K 6M is a fully coated controlled-release NPK complex fertilizer. The 7,5 g tabs ensure an easy and exact dosage. Well-suited for top dess and plant hole fertilization for crops with a high demand in potassium or P-sensitive soils. The elastic polymer coating ensures an even nutrient release for 6 months. The climate-adapted release (CAR) technology is linked to ambient temperature and guarantees nutrient availability according to individual plant requirements. The coating and release rates are not affected by soil properties such as pH, microbial activity or salinity.
Basacote^® Tabs High K 6M is ideal for depot fertilization of substrate mixtures and top dress for crops with a high demand in potassium. Well-suited for P-sensitive crops or soils.
Mixing into substrate is recommended directly before use (maximum storage time: 10 days). The product lasts 6 months under temperate conditions and constant temperature of 21 °C.

Transport & Storage Recommendations

Delivery as loose goods in big bags or on pallets with bags and canisters.
Protect loose goods from moisture during transport.
Protect goods from excessive direct sunlight and large temperature fluctuations during transport.
Only transport fertilizer at moderate temperatures. Use an air-conditioned lorry if necessary.
Take note of any hazardous material labels on the product.
Only transport and store at temeratures between 5 °C and 40 °C. Only store in the original packaging. Products should be used up as quickly as possible once opened.

Storage general

Protect stored fertilizer from frost, light, and moisture.
Store loose goods inside a building and not in outdoor areas. Keep doors closed and cover heaped materials.
As the product has a tendency to attract moisture, protect it from rain and standing water.
