GOLD® K is a granulated NPK complex fertilizer with ISODUR® & Methyleneurea slow-release nitrogen, with an emphasis on potassium and magnesium.
GOLD® K is a slow-release fertilizer with a very high potassium and magnesium content for an adapted nutrient supply of soil low in magnesium and potassium. Due to the high potassium and magnesium percentages, this formula can also be used on surfaces with a low nitrogen requirement. GOLD® K promotes healthy growth and generally makes the plants more resistant.
GOLD® K 8-6-18(+4)
- Slow and even release of nitrogen for up to 3 months according to climatic conditions
- Guarantees even plant development without unwanted growth peaks
- Long-term effect allows reducing the number of fertilizer applications
- Reduces nitrogen leaching
- Safe to use thanks to low salt index
Description
Sustainability
Since 2024, COMPO EXPERT uses low-carbon ammonia to reduce the CO2 footprint of fertilizers.
The reported reduction for this product is achieved using ammonia, which has a CO2 footprint that is at least 60% lower than the market standard. This reduction is certified by our supplier and has been validated by an independent test center.
The value of 2.66 kg CO2e per kg of ammonia serves as a benchmark. This is based on average industrial emissions data for ammonia production from the European Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) and includes emissions from ammonia production and upstream hydrogen production.
